Valley Forge Coffee Reserve's small batch roasts are crafted from fair trade, organic & specialty grade coffee beans.

Roasts are ground fresh, brewed and steeped at 40° for 24 hours to create our signature draft Nitro Cold Brew.

All products are brewed & kegged daily to order, ensuring our coffee is fresh, bold and delicious for your customers, employees and guests every cup.

COLD BREW

 

Brewed in small batches, to order, because it tastes amazing that way. VFCR’s cold brewing process starts with freshly roasted Arabica beans, ground & steeped at 40° for 24 hours. Low and slow, to develop subtle roast flavors and a smooth body. Our cold brew is filtered + chilled to 35° then infused with nitrogen slowly, bringing a deliciously silky texture and natural sweetness to the forefront of each glass poured.

VFCR Nitro Cold Brew is served on draft at our wholesale partner locations in the Greater Philadelphia Area and beyond.
