OUR STORY
Ian Wilson, Founder and self professed coffee geek started Valley Forge Coffee Reserve in 2018. After spending time in Northern Africa and Europe, learning from local farmers about coffee cultivation & production methods; and understanding the plants importance to their communities, he was hooked.
Taking that knowledge back to his hometown of Philadelphia, the cold brew coffee experiments began. After months of testing different formulas and brewing methods, he finally found the perfect combination of brewing time and temperature, using a blend of highly select, meticulously air roasted, certified organic Arabica beans.
The result was the best cold brew coffee he had ever tasted— an intensely bold, super smooth cold brew with a buzz as big as Philadelphia. Something this delicious had to be shared, and so… Valley Forge Coffee Reserve was born!
